     Shaver-Kudell Manufacturing Inc. manufactures products for the electric motor repair industry.

We manufacture sleeves for all your motor repair needs. Our housing repair Eze-Sleeves® are available in cast iron or steel, oversized and insulated. Custom orders are available and can usually be delivered overnight.

Steel shaft repair sleeves are also available in standard bearing sizes, (00 to 32) or custom sizes.

Our aluminum die cast or plastic Eze-Tbox®terminal boxes suit most common motors from 5 to 500 hp and are completely machined on all mounting surfaces. Custom machining of back plate area is available upon request.

Our die cast aluminum or plastic replacement cooling Eze-Fan® are available in varying sizes, from 2-1/2" to 24". The completely machined taper-locked Eze-Hub® allows for removal and replacement without damage to the fan.

Our 4-jaw adjustable live centers end the hassle of repairing rotor and shaft center holes.

Shaver-Kudell Manufacturing Inc. also designs and manufactures custom machine tools. We are the only manufacturer of the original Eze-Sleever®, a revolutionary new way of repairing electric motor end bell bearing seats.
